1. To enter the prize draw, you must complete the Insurance4carhire at Swinton survey and enter your name and email address in the response field of the final 2 questions.
2. This prize draw will run between 25th March 2024 to 12pm 22nd April 2024.
3. There will be a total of 1 winner
4. The prize is as follows: 1 x £50 Sodexo Voucher which will be sent to the winner by email.
5. This prize draw is open to residents of Great Britain aged 20 and over.
6. The winner will be notified by email within 7 working days of 22nd April 2024. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 working days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. The prize draw is not transferable and no alternative will be offered.
9. The prize draw cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
10. The prize draw can be withdrawn at any time.
11. Winners will only be contacted by us by email. We will never request personal information is submitted via a third-party site or ask for bank details.
12. Employees of Atlanta Insurance Intermediaries Limited, Atlanta Retail Brands and Carole Nash Insurance Consultants Ltd or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the prize draw or helping to set up the prize draw shall not be permitted to enter the prize draw.

The winner will be chosen from all entries received by an automated random number generation process and verified by the Promoter and/or its agents and overseen by an independently appointed person. The Winner agrees that their name and/or image along with a reference to what has been won, in relation to the prize draw, may be used by insurance4carhire for media purposes, promotional materials and on the website and social channels. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, global pandemic, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control.
17. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
