How to Make a Claim

Need to make a claim? Please follow the instructions below within 31 days of any payment made in relation to your claim.

For policy numbers starting with 'ANV', 'AMT', 'JUB' or 'SIS'

What you need to provide:

IMPORTANT: So that your claim is processed as efficiently as possible, please return your completed claim form to the claims team together with the following items and supporting documentation (if emailing your claim, you can scan and attach to the email):

Please note: you may be asked to provide proof of identity and proof of residency for example a driving license, council tax statement or utility bill.

Submit your claim with the supporting information, you can do this via email or post to our claims handlers at:
